This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have — across our website, the Unifers.ai platform, our Chrome extension, our APIs, and our email outreach and enrichment services.

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantabyte Technologies Private Limited (“Quantabyte Technologies,” “Unifers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with Unifers.ai, our website, applications, Chrome extension, APIs, email outreach and campaign tools, lead and contact enrichment services, email warmup and deliverability features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will obtain it through the appropriate product flow or other lawful mechanism.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Name, business email address, phone number, company, job title, account credentials, and other registration information.
- Information included in forms, support requests, sales communications, feedback, surveys, and other communications with us.
- Billing and transaction information necessary to administer subscriptions and payments. Payment card or banking information may be processed directly by our payment providers.
- Information you upload or import, including contact or lead information supplied through CSV files or other supported features.
2.2 Professional and Business Contact Information
Unifers provides professional contact and company information for business development and sales use cases. Depending on the service and data available, this may include names, professional email addresses, business phone numbers, job titles, company names, company information, LinkedIn profile URLs, locations, and related professional information.
We may obtain professional contact information from third-party data providers and data enrichment providers. Our current providers may include ContactOut, Apollo, A-Leads, and Prospeo. Provider relationships may change over time.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
We may receive information from third-party data and enrichment providers, business information sources, service providers, and other lawful sources. We use such information to provide search, enrichment, verification, personalization, and related Services.
2.4 Google and Gmail Data
If you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox to Unifers, we may access information from that mailbox necessary to provide email sending and campaign functionality. This may include email messages and content, message metadata, replies, bounces, delivery information, and other information necessary to operate and monitor campaigns.
Unifers does not access Google Contacts as part of its current Gmail integration.
Email content accessed from a connected mailbox may be temporarily processed to provide the relevant Services and is not intentionally retained as a permanent copy of your mailbox content.
We do not use Google Workspace user data obtained through Google APIs for advertising, retargeting, sale, or unrelated purposes. We use such data only to provide user-facing functionality for which access was authorized and in accordance with applicable Google policies.
Our use of information received from Google APIs, including Gmail, is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
2.5 LinkedIn and Chrome Extension Data
Our Chrome extension may process professional information displayed on LinkedIn pages, including a person's name, job title, company, LinkedIn URL, and location, when you use the extension's features.
The extension does not automatically save every viewed profile to your Unifers account. Information is saved to your Unifers account when you choose to save or otherwise submit the lead through the extension.
2.6 Email Campaign and Outreach Information
We collect and process information about campaigns and messages created or sent through the Services, including recipients, sender accounts, message content supplied for sending, campaign settings, delivery status, opens, clicks, replies, bounces, spam complaints, unsubscribes, suppression information, and related event data.
2.7 Email Warmup and Deliverability
Unifers may provide email warmup and deliverability-related features intended to help users prepare, maintain, and improve the deliverability of their email sending infrastructure. To provide these features, we may process information associated with connected email accounts, domains, sending activity, delivery events, mailbox activity, and email deliverability or reputation metrics.
The information processed for these purposes is used to provide, operate, monitor, and improve the relevant warmup and deliverability features and to maintain the security and reliability of the Services.
2.8 AI-Assisted Email Generation
Unifers uses the OpenAI API to assist with generating email content based on context and instructions provided by the user. For this feature, Unifers does not intentionally provide lead contact information, personal information, or other personally identifiable information to OpenAI.
The AI feature is used to generate content for the user-facing email drafting functionality. OpenAI’s applicable API data practices and terms govern OpenAI’s processing of API inputs and outputs.
2.9 Automatically Collected Information
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Browser, device, operating system, and application information.
- Log and usage information, including pages or features accessed, timestamps, referring pages, and actions taken in the Services.
- Information about interactions with emails and campaigns, where applicable.
2.10 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance, and marketing. Current technologies may include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings and, where provided, our cookie preferences. Blocking certain cookies may affect functionality.

3. How We Use Personal Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Provide lead search, professional contact discovery, enrichment, verification, and related services.
- Send emails and operate campaigns at the user’s direction.
- Process mailbox information necessary to detect replies, bounces, delivery events, and campaign activity.
- Provide email warmup and deliverability features.
- Generate email content using AI-assisted drafting based on user-provided context.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and related account administration.
- Measure product usage, troubleshoot problems, conduct analytics, and improve user experience.
- Detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Communicate with users about the Services, including product, security, billing, and service-related communications.
- Conduct marketing and advertising activities in accordance with applicable law and user choices.

4. Legal Bases and Permissions
Depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, we process personal information based on one or more lawful grounds, including performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted by law, protection of our rights and security, and other lawful grounds available under applicable law.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent subject to applicable law and the technical or legal consequences of doing so.
Lead data
5. Professional Contact and Lead Data
Unifers is a business-to-business sales intelligence and outreach platform. Our Services may make professional contact information available to customers for legitimate business development, sales, recruiting, partnership, or related professional purposes.
Professional contact information may originate from third-party data providers, enrichment providers, publicly available professional information, or other lawful sources.
If you believe that information associated with you is inaccurate, outdated, or should no longer be processed, you may contact us at business@unifers.ai to request an appropriate action, including an opt-out where applicable.
Roles
6. Customer Data and Our Role
Customers may upload or import their own contact information, including through CSV files. We process customer-uploaded information to provide the Services and do not use such customer-uploaded data for unrelated purposes.
Depending on the context, Quantabyte Technologies may act as a data controller/fiduciary for information it determines how and why to process, or as a processor/service provider acting on behalf of a customer. The applicable role depends on the service, data, contractual arrangement, and applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate lawful basis and any required permissions to upload, use, and contact individuals using data through the Services.
Integrations
8. Third-Party Integrations and Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Your use of an integrated third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms.
Unifers currently supports Gmail/Google Workspace mailbox connections and provides an API. Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft 365 mailbox connections are not currently supported. We may update this Policy when new integrations are introduced.
Google APIs
9. Google API Services
Unifers’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the user-facing functionality for which access was granted.
We request only the Google permissions necessary for the relevant functionality and do not use Google Workspace user data for advertising, retargeting, sale, or unrelated purposes.
Where required, Unifers will provide disclosures in the product describing the Google data requested, the reasons for access, and how that data is used.
Recipients
10. Email Communications and Recipient Rights
Unifers enables customers to send business and professional communications. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and recipient preferences.
Unifers supports suppression mechanisms, including suppression lists, manual suppression, and bounce suppression. Where applicable, recipients may request that their professional contact information be excluded from Unifers’ data or that they not receive communications from customers using Unifers.
Requests may be submitted to business@unifers.ai. We may retain limited suppression information where necessary to honor an opt-out and prevent future unwanted communications.
Transfers
12. International Data Transfers
Unifers serves customers internationally. Personal information may therefore be processed in India and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms for international transfers.
Retention
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and business records, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and honor suppression or opt-out requests.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, contractual or legal requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and legitimate business requirements.
Customer-uploaded data is retained as necessary to provide the Services and in accordance with applicable customer instructions or contractual arrangements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction. Our measures include role-based access controls, access controls, audit logging, backups, security testing, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Services.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Incidents

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable law, including any required notifications to affected users, customers, regulators, or other parties.

16. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or opting out of certain processing.
Requests may be submitted to business@unifers.ai. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
India
17. India – Digital Personal Data Protection
For individuals in India, we process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection and privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and regulations as they come into force.
Where required, we will provide appropriate notices, obtain consent where applicable, honor valid rights requests, maintain appropriate security safeguards, and handle grievances through the contact mechanism described in this Policy.

Europe
18. EEA, UK, and Switzerland
Where applicable to individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we provide rights and protections required by applicable data protection law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.
Where we process information on behalf of a business customer, the customer may be responsible for responding to certain data-subject requests and Unifers will provide reasonable assistance as required by the applicable agreement and law.
US states
19. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Certain U.S. states provide residents with privacy rights regarding personal information. Where applicable, Unifers will provide the rights and disclosures required by the relevant state law, which may include rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal information, opt out of certain targeted advertising or sale/sharing activities, and appeal certain decisions.
The availability and scope of rights depend on the applicable state law and whether the legal thresholds for that law apply to Unifers.
California
20. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and other applicable California privacy laws. Depending on applicability, these rights may include access to and deletion of personal information, correction, information about categories and purposes of processing, and certain opt-out rights.
Requests may be submitted to business@unifers.ai. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. Any processing that constitutes a regulated sale or sharing under applicable law will be handled in accordance with the applicable requirements.

21. Data Deletion and Opt-Out Requests
Users may request account deletion by contacting business@unifers.ai. Individuals whose professional contact information is present in our data may also contact us to request an opt-out from certain processing or inclusion in our professional contact data, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements.
We may retain limited information necessary to record and honor a deletion, suppression, or opt-out request.
Third-party data
22. Information Relating to Other Individuals
If you provide us with personal information about another individual, including through CSV upload or other customer data import, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide that information and that you have complied with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information appropriate to the Services. Professional contact information can change over time and may not always be complete or current. If you identify inaccurate information, you may contact us at business@unifers.ai.
Automation
24. Automated Processing and Profiling
Unifers does not make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects through solely automated processing. We may use automated processes to provide search, enrichment, verification, personalization, campaign, analytics, security, and operational functionality.
